Shipping policy
At Stars Uniform, we work to get every order moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here is how shipping works:
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery address. Orders of $100 or more may qualify for free Standard Shipping, estimated at 2–8 business days, when no other discount or offer is applied. Eligible orders of $2,000 or more receive 5% off plus free Standard Shipping. No other discount can be combined with this bulk offer. Expedited and carrier-priced options remain at their normal checkout prices. Oversized or overweight items may require additional freight charges — if so, we will contact you before processing your order.
Shipping Carriers
Available Standard, carrier, and expedited options are shown at checkout for the delivery address. PO Box service may be limited to USPS.
Processing Times
In-stock, non-customized items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed before the applicable carrier cutoff may ship the same business day. Orders that include alterations or customization require additional processing time — custom work is confirmed with a digital mockup and its own production timeline before anything ships. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping is estimated at 2–8 business days after the order ships. Faster options, when available, are shown at checkout at their normal prices.
Shipping Destinations
We ship throughout the contiguous United States. PO Box delivery may be available through USPS. For international order inquiries, please email sfuniforms@gmail.com before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us within 4 hours of placing an order to change or cancel it. Once an order has shipped — or once any customization work has begun — it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sfuniforms@gmail.com or call 609-475-5503 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
