Order processing and shipping

• Most in-stock, non-customized items are prepared in 1-2 business days.
• Customization, alterations, and large orders require additional processing time.
• Carrier transit is commonly 3-6 business days after shipment, but estimates are not guaranteed.
• Shipping cost depends on order size and destination and is shown or quoted before the order is completed.

Contact us before placing an urgent order so stock, production, and timing can be confirmed.

Return eligibility

• Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Authorization is required before sending any item back.
• Customized, altered, or tailored products are not returnable after approval or production.

Fees and refunds

• Orders over $250 may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers pay return shipping unless Stars Uniform confirms an order error or other covered issue.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges and order problems

• For a size or color exchange, include the requested replacement in your form.
• Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item promptly with the order number and details.
• Wait for authorization and the correct return instructions before shipping anything.
