Size Guide

Use this guide to choose sizes across our uniform and gear categories. Manufacturer-specific sizing may vary by product line — when outfitting a team or placing a bulk order, contact Stars Uniform first at sfuniforms@gmail.com or 609-475-5503 and we'll help you build the right size run.

Uniform Shirts & Polo Shirts

• Sizes typically run X-Small through 5XL.
• Duty shirts are cut to be worn tucked, with room for movement.
• Wearing a vest, radio gear, or layering underneath? We recommend sizing up one size.
• Between sizes? Size up — uniform shirts are easier to tailor down than to let out.

Pants, Slacks & BDU Pants

• Sized by waist (typically 28" through 54" depending on the style).
• BDU and tactical pants have a fuller cut for movement; dress slacks run closer to true.
• Check the product page for the exact waist range offered on each style.

Jackets & Outerwear

• Sizes typically run Small through 5XL.
• Planning to layer over a duty shirt and vest? Order one size up.

Tactical Vests

• Most vests offer adjustable side straps covering a range of torso sizes.
• Between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort over gear.

Footwear

• Offered in standard US sizing.
• If you wear thick work socks or insoles, consider a half size up.

Hats & Accessories

• Most caps are one-size-fits-most with an adjustable band unless noted on the product page.

Bedding

• Check each product page for the exact dimensions offered.
